1. Who we are
Levart is operated by Resworb Solutions, which is the data controller for information collected through this website and the data controller or processor — depending on the context — for information held in the platform.
2. What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, work email, phone number, company name, city and anything you write in a sign-up or demo request. We use it to respond and to set up an account if you go ahead.
When you use the platform. Account details for your staff (name, email, role), and the operational data you enter — clients, vehicles, drivers, trips, duty slips, invoices and payments.
Automatically. Standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use it
To provide and operate the platform, to bill your subscription, to send service email such as password and invitation links, to respond to enquiries, and to keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your operational data to build advertising profiles.
4. Your clients' data
Where you use Levart to store data about your own customers and drivers, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold it and for telling those individuals how it is used.
The white-label client portal shows a client only their own vehicles, usage and invoices. Your suppliers are never exposed to your clients.
5. Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run the platform — hosting, email delivery and file storage — each bound to process data only as instructed. We do not otherwise share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, never in readable form. Access to production systems is restricted to staff who need it. Password-reset and invitation links are single-use and time-limited.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while there is a live business conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account and operational data is kept for as long as your subscription is active, then for 30 days after termination so it can be recovered, after which it is deleted. Records we must keep for tax or statutory reasons are retained for the required period.
8. Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to certain processing. If you are an agency's staff member, contact your own administrator first, since they control your account.
9. Cookies
This marketing site uses only what is necessary to serve pages. The platform uses local storage to keep you signed in — it is required for the product to work and is not used for tracking or advertising.
