What counts as an “active vehicle”?

A vehicle that records at least one duty slip, or is assigned to an active contract, during the billing month. Idle vehicles are not charged. Owned and supplier-sourced vehicles count the same — so if you work as an agent on supplier vehicles, you only pay for what you actually moved.

No. Log as many fixed and on-call trips as you like. You are billed on active vehicles, never on trip volume — we never want you logging less to save money.

Nothing breaks. Extra vehicles are simply billed at your plan’s per-vehicle rate (₹200 on Starter, ₹160 on Growth, ₹120 on Scale). If you are consistently over, moving up a plan works out cheaper and we will tell you.

Yes — 30 days, up to 5 vehicles, no card required. You get the full Growth feature set during the trial so you can judge it properly.

A one-time fee covering data migration from your existing spreadsheets or software, master data configuration (vehicles, drivers, clients, packages, rates) and team training. ₹9,999 on Starter, ₹19,999 on Growth, ₹39,999 on Scale.

Yes. All plans are priced and billed in ₹, exclusive of GST. Your own invoices to clients are fully GST-compliant with SAC codes.

Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade as your fleet grows or contracts; changes are prorated on your next invoice. Annual prepay saves 20%, half-yearly 10%.
