Every report on one page
The reports page puts GST, outstanding, turnover, business analytics and client analytics side by side. Each one can be filtered by month or date range and downloaded for your accountant.
GST, the way you file it
The GST report lists every invoice with the client's GSTIN, taxable value and CGST, SGST or IGST. By default invoices fall in the month they were raised, which is how you file; switch to billing period if you need it. Credit notes appear as their own lines, reducing the tax. Download it for your accountant.
Who owes you, and how late
The outstanding report ages unpaid invoices from their due date — still within terms, overdue, 31 to 60 days late, more than 60 — so you know whom to call first.
Turnover, profit and clients
Business analytics shows revenue, operating cost and profit for the year or the month, split between fixed and on-call work. Turnover breaks billing down by client and date range. Client analytics shows each client's demand — trips, kilometres, the packages they really use — which is what you want in front of you before a renewal.
Reports & GST: common questions
Does Levart give me a GST report for filing?
Yes. The GST report lists each invoice with the client's GSTIN, taxable value and CGST, SGST or IGST, by invoice date, with credit notes shown separately. You can download it for your accountant.
How is the outstanding amount aged?
From each invoice's due date, which comes from the contract's credit period. The report groups balances into overdue, 31–60 days late and over 60 days late.
